Why we exist

Run by the first responders of Brazos County, for the first responders of Brazos County.

Founded after we lost one of our own

In 2012, Constable Brian Bachmann was killed in the line of duty. His fellow first responders saw what his family faced. In 2014, they founded this association so the next family wouldn't stand alone.

Our board is drawn from Brazos County law enforcement agencies and the Bryan and College Station Fire Departments.

  3. 1st Annual Chili Cookoff and Steak Dinner, Kurten (Jan 27).
  4. 10th BBQ Cookoff, St. Nick's Green (Jun 3).
  5. Annual BBQ cookoffs in College Station, plus a Kreuz Market profit share night (2018).
  6. First Brazos County Law Enforcement Cookoff, hosted with Santa's Wonderland. Proceeds presented June 25.
